Graffiti

Apparently 'graffiti' is plural, and the singular's 'graffito.'

"The real battle is for your mind
Wake up!" (6th Ave, between Summit and 4th St)

"It's not just BUSH . . .
it's systematic" (9th Ave, by the alley just west of High St)

"Drugs hurt" (6th Ave and Summit)

a drawing of a cat that has apparently just pooped (everywhere)(not that the cat has pooped everywhere, just that the drawings appear everywhere)

Speaking of which, one term for the police is the "po-po," right? "Popo" is also a word in Spanish. Guess what it means.

1 in 10, my ass

So today I was in the Multicultural Center in the LMU Student Union helping plan an upcoming event, and we figured some stuff out, and then we left, and I was walking down the hall when a woman who used to watch Caleb back when she had more free time breezed past. "Hey, Liz," and I kept walking and there were two women standing there talking and I recognized one of them as Liz's ex-girlfriend and the other as some chick about whom I know absolutely nothing except, I kid you not, that she is a member of a gay swim team, and back behind me, Liz was talking to some dude with the fairiest voice that ever fairied, and I thought, in elation, "Eeeee! I'm the straightest person in this hallway!" And I floated on a rainbow cloud all the way back down the eight flights of stairs to the ground.
